Roland Park Pool Membership

Membership renewal for the 2026 summer is open!

Current members, please let us know if you do not plan to renew your membership this season so we can offer a spot to a someone on our wait-list.  Please note that any member that allows their membership to lapse more than one year, will be charged the current initiation fee if they re-apply for membership.  All members are required to pay the “minimum” membership fee to keep membership active.

If you are on the wait-list, we appreciate your patience.  Memberships are offered to those who are within the pool boundaries as current members decline memberships.  You will be contacted by email once you are moved from the wait-list to an offered membership.  Please note there is a one month window to accept your membership once it is offered.

Visit the Roland Park Pool website, www.rolandparkpool.org, for all updated summer happenings at the pool and to learn more about announcements and weather-related closures.  We welcome your input, thoughts and comments as we endeavor to make the pool a safe and relaxing oasis for members to have fun, exercise, and build community. 

Current members can renew memberships now.  Please renew your membership by April 15th to avoid a $75 late fee starting April 16th. If you do not plan to renew, please let us know so we can offer the spot to someone on our wait-list. Members unable to renew online should contact Kristen Bowden at [email protected].

NEW MEMBERS – You will be sent a separate communication when available memberships become available.  Thanks for your patience.  Again, you must be a Roland Park resident to join, and addresses are often not verified until memberships become available.

Roland Park residents are asked to be current with their Civic League dues when joining or renewing pool membership.

How to renew your membership:

1. Go to http://rolandparkpool.org/membership/renew/ and click RENEW HERE.

2. Enter the username for your account (email address) and your password.  If you forgot your password, you can use the password reset link, but this requires a valid email address on file. You can store one email address per adult member by clicking the edit icon next to their name on the account management screen. If this online reset does not work for you, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.

3. Please check your members list. To add or delete members, click the “+” sign to add members or click the trashcan icon to delete.  All household members must RESIDE at the same permanent address.  To edit member information, click on the pencil icon next to each member‘s name. Please make sure  you have a headshot for each family member name by clicking on the camera icon after each member‘s name to add a headshot or cropped face photo. You can also check your emergency contact information in this section.

6. Finally, to secure your 2026 summer family membership, click the “pay now” button next to the red banner. You will be taken to the Make a Payment page. Please follow the prompts and hit sumbit. You will recieve an email receipt for your order.
